• Account information: Name, email address, business name, and password when you create an account
• Profile information: Home base address, profile photo, and business details you add to your profile
• Location data: Location names, addresses, photos, notes, and scouting information you add to your library
• Client board data: Client names, session dates, location selections, and style guide information
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full card number
• Communications: Messages or feedback you send to us

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent in the app
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
• Log data: IP address, access times, error logs

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Goldenly Service
• Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• Send you account-related emails including confirmation, billing, and product updates
• Respond to your support requests

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting) who help us operate the Service under strict data protection agreements
• Client boards: Location information you choose to share via a client board link is accessible to anyone with that link until it expires
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: If Goldenly is acquired, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your location photos and files are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time through your account settings
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us at hellogoldenly@gmail.com
• Export your data by contacting us at hellogoldenly@gmail.com
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Utah residents (UCPA): You have the right to access, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data.
